Welcome to our Family

Becoming a client is a simple process. You can try one of these 3 ways:


1. If you are at home then you can phone the office directly (07) 3256 0788.

• The Coordinator you speak to will verify your name, address, meal requirements (frequency of meal deliveries) and any dietary requirements you have and when you wish to commence meal delivery.
• They will also arrange to come and visit you on the first day of delivery to give you paperwork, heating instructions, contact details for the office etc.


2. A family member can contact us directly on (07) 3256 0788 or email us: office@crosbyparkmealsonwheels.com.au


3. If you are being discharged from hospital, the discharge planning nurses can contact us to arrange for meals for you.

Once we have received a call from the hospital, we will contact you personally to verify when you will be at home and to arrange a first visit and meal delivery.

A Doctor’s referral is no longer required to receive Meals on Wheels


NDIS

Crosby Park Meals on Wheels is registered to provide meals to NDIS participants.

NDIS will pay for the majority of the meal cost but according to government regulations, clients must pay an amount equal to the ‘ingredient cost’ component of the meal.

The amount paid for by the NDIS  covers labour and capital expenses.
